How does your mobile service work?

Our mobile service is simple. We schedule a time that's convenience for you and we will come to you. We can service your phone in home, at your work and or business. Yes, you may watch us repair your phone while you wait. No we don't charge extra for mobile service in Calgary, we only charge $10 for out of Calgary service.

What is Apple "Error 53"?

"Error 53" only affect users that got their TouchID replaced, regardless of Apple geniune parts or not. We do not replace your TouchID when repair your iPhone 5S screen and newer models, we always swap your original TouchID to the new screen. Therefore, our repair will not cause your iPhone to brick when restoring or upgrading iOS.

Where are you guys located? I can't find your address on your website

We are 100 percent mobile service, we do not have a physical store and we don't need a store to repair an iPhone or iPad. The biggest reason is operating costs, to have a store we must pay rent and employee(s), which will increase the cost of repair. We can offer our customers competitive and reasonable prices because we save money on operating a business without paying for store front.

How do I know if you're a legitimate business?

We've been in business of mobile repair for over 5 years, you may not heard of us before but we do have good customer refer us their families and friends. We do have customers that aren't comfortable with leaving their device to a stranger, therefore, we recommend take our photo ID for peace of mind. We can assure you, your device is safe with us and we will treat your device it's like our own.

Do you offer any warranty of your repair?

Yes, we do offer warranty on all of our repair services. For all iPhone repair it's 90 days warranty, iPad and MacBook repair it's 180 days. Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, software problems, water damage, improper repair by someone other than us. All warranty required original receipt or text confirmations when the repaired was done.

Do you repair iPad or MacBook on the spot?

The process to repair iPad or MacBook screens required heat to remove and the process is long. We completely remove the old glass and adhesives. We offer free pick up and drop off for Calgary.

What type of payment do you take? Do I get a receipt?

We do accept CASH - VISA - MASTERCARD - AMEX - EMAIL TRANSFER. We will send you receipt by Email or Text.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment for OnSite iPhone repair or pick up iPad/Mac, it's best to Email or Text us with your request Date and Time. We usually do same day repair for iPhone, for more flexible time available, best to give us a one day advance notice. Please Email or Text us (403-667-0937) and we will happy to assist you.

Do you offer unlock service for iPhone?

We do not offer unlocking service for iPhone. Best and sometime least expensive is to call the provider that your phone is locked to and see if they're able to unlock. Usually for any provider to unlock your device, the provider required your device is connected on their network for at least 3 months. If the provider refuse to unlock, you may check on eBay for unlock service and also to compare prices because sometime it's cheaper on eBay than the provider.

How do I know I'll get my device back?

We are only interest in fixing your device and nothing else, we usually fix on the spot for all iPhone or pick up your iPad and Mac and return them the next day and not hold for any longer. Apple iOS 7 and newer have AppleID lock, which means if anyone found your iPad or iPhone with your AppleID, they cannot by pass the Activation screen and cannot use your iDevice. Customer can take photo of our Driver License just in case and for peace of mind. We do not take any payment until your iPad or Mac is return to you.

Should I back up my iDevice before repair?

We Always recommend backing up your iDevice before any repair. Backing up your iDevice can be done by pluging your iDevice to iTunes or set up a free account with Apple iCloud.

Do you repair water damage iPhone?

Yes, we do but there is a small chance it is repairable. It is depending on how severe the damage. We recommend keep your phone in rice for at least 36 hours, to ensure water is completely dry. If your phone power up then it's a good sign and maybe repairable. If your phone is completely dead then there is a small chance to repair it.
