How much does a diagnostic cost if you can't fix my device?
If we cannot fix your smartphone, the diagnostic fee is $20. For iPads, the diagnostic fee is $40. There is no charge if we complete the repair.
What is the warranty on repairs?
All iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. iPad display repairs come with a 3-month warranty.
Do you service Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, and Okotoks?
Yes. We provide mobile repair service to Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, and other surrounding communities. A $20 travel fee applies to addresses outside Calgary.
