How the Referral Program Works
If you are an existing iMobile Calgary customer, you can refer a friend or family member for repair service. When the referred customer completes a paid repair, you may receive a referral reward depending on the repair amount. This program is designed to thank our returning customers for their support and word-of-mouth referrals.
Who Can Receive a Referral Reward
To qualify, the referrer must be a previous paying customer of iMobile Calgary. Referrals can be made to friends, family, or anyone you know who needs a repair. To qualify for a referral reward, the referrer’s name and phone number must match our service records for verification.
When a Referral Qualifies
The new customer must mention the referring customer’s name or phone number when contacting us or before the repair is completed. For verification purposes, this information must match our existing customer records. Referral claims made after the repair may not qualify.
Referral Reward Amount
Typical referral rewards are:
$5 referral reward for completed repairs under $100.
$10 referral reward for completed repairs of $100 or more.
All rewards are subject to confirmation and approval.
Important Referral Conditions
Only one referral reward is given per new customer. The referred job must be completed and paid in full before any reward is issued. iMobile Calgary reserves the right to verify all referral information and decline invalid, duplicate, or misleading claims.
How to Refer Someone
The easiest way is to send your friend or family member our phone number or this page link and ask them to mention your name or phone number when they contact us. Once the repair is completed, we will confirm the referral and let you know if a reward applies.
